Spicy Baby Potato Masala:

Spicy Baby Potato Masala:

This spicy baby potato masala is one of my kids’ favourite recipes. I hope the potato is a favourite for many of you too. Though I am not a big fan of potato, I love to cook it often since it is the only dish my kids eat without any grumbling. Already I have posted the simple Potato Stir Fry // Urulaikizhangu Porial which can be prepared using normal potato, spiced up only by chilly powder. But this version is slightly different in which boiled baby potatoes are tossed up with chilli powder and ginger garlic paste which makes it more aromatic and spicy. I bet if you try this once definitely it will become your regular dish at home.

It is not only tasty it is very easy to make recipe too. You can boil the potatoes along with your rice in a pressure cooker means you can make it in no time. So it is a very versatile recipe to make it easier in your morning hurry burry. Let us see the recipe.
