Kuruma // Gravy is a side dish to North Indian Breakfast as chutneys to South Indian Breakfast…These side dishes are not only tasty but the pack of nutrients too. Since these are made with different vegetables and ingredients, I used to cook these recipes even for idli, dosa, because I want to incorporate more veggies into my diet.  Anyway, you can find a variety of side dishes for roti, paratha, naan and variety rice.
